You are eligible for REFUND, only if;
- Your product is not delivered (or)
- You have received a completely damaged/defective/wrong product
- In case your product is not delivered
Immediately inform us about your refund by writing to us at our mail id email@example.com with the subject line “REFUND REQUEST (YOUR ORDER ID and product name)”.

Please follow the below steps:
- Kindly write to us at our mail id firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “REFUND REQUEST (YOUR ORDER ID and product name)”.
- Attach a photograph and/or image of the completely damaged and/or defective product for our inspection.
Once your Refund Request along with the proof i.e. photograph and/or image of completely damaged and/or defective product is inspected, our team shall notify you to return the Product. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
Upon the receipt of the return shipping acknowledgement, our team shall contact you for your refund.
Please note that without any proof i.e. photograph and/or image of completely damaged and/or defective product and return shipping acknowledgement, we shall not initiate your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via your original method of payment.
You will receive the refund within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your original method of payment.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 7-14 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways etc.
MODE OF REFUND
For both cancelled orders & refund request, the refund amount will be credited back into the same account, via same method, that was used to make the purchase.
